Breakfast for dinner? Um, yes!
2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. milk
2 T. butter (melted)
Mix together. Drop onto med- high heat pan.
